Paid-plan and service agreement process

  1. Every authenticated account will complete the approved account-level Terms and recreational/offline-risk acceptance. Pro and Commissioner customers will also see price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and privacy disclosures immediately before an affirmative checkout agreement.
  2. Commissioner applies to one exact league, does not grant every member a personal Pro subscription, and leaves league/event, participant, safety, insurance, and offline operations with the authorized organizer.
  3. Optional Launch, Migration, and custom work requires a separately signed Statement of Work before a manual Stripe invoice is sent.
  4. An inquiry, unsigned draft, or invoice alone does not start work or create an entitlement.

Prices and availability are summarized on the Pricing page. The signed or affirmatively accepted agreement controls a purchase.
